Convince Computer provides its own project management capability because it is able to draw on a wealth of domain experience derived from other corresponding projects all over Bangladesh and beyond. We understand all the dependencies, which, if left to chance, can bring a crucial project to a shuddering halt. Our aim is to guide and support the customer in delivering, within budget, and on time. With every project we do, there comes the day when the customer signs-off for successful completion and we move on to other things. Our Project Managers play a pivotal role in successful project delivery to the customer, but we also recognise the crucial importance of working hand-in-glove with the customer's project team, effectively sharing "ownership" of each project.
