It preserves the information about the outside parties like the buyers, suppliers, trading houses that the company needs to deal with. It also maintains information about daily production info, shipping info, production status, order status, monthly knit & dye requirement analysis etc.

Merchandising

Most of the Garments Manufacturing Industries have their Merchandising department. The task of a merchandiser is to track orders information. Merchandising module gives the facility to manage and handle this task more efficiently. Item information, order information, orders costing information etc reports output can be generated using this system.

Commercial

The main functionality of commercial module begins when master L/C receives from buyer and ends with distributed realized amount to different account. Order information, master L/C information, BB L/C information, BB L/C for a supplier, orders under a master L/C etc reports output can be generated using this system. Various documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, bill of exchange etc can also be prepared using this system.

Production

This system contains the processes and applications that support production and the maintenance of records. All the information regarding production is maintained here. Order sheet, cutting info, sewing info, finishing info, packing info etc are maintained using the system.

Yarn Store

The main functionality of Yarn Store module is to keep track of yarn receive & issue information. Yarn type ledger, yarn requisition information, yarn receive information, yarn issue information, order summary, lot wise stock position etc reports output can be generated using this system.

Knitting

Information related to Knitting is to be maintained by the Knitting Module. Knitting program, Order wise knitting load, required knitting quantity, Actual knitted quantity, supervisor's follow up information etc reports can be generated using this system. Historical information of previous month or order's can be viewed from the module.

Payroll

This system contains the processes and applications that support all employees attendance and salary and the maintenance of records. Salary sheet, Summary sheet, Loan management, leave information etc are maintained using the system.

General Ledger

This system follows the double entry accounting system. Chart of Account, GL Statement, Trial Balance, Income Statement, Daily Cash/Bank Information, Balance Sheet information etc are maintained using the system.
